These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rinehartsremoval.com (the "Site") and to services provided by Rineharts Stuff Junk Scrap Removal LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide junk removal, scrap removal, demolition, moving assistance, and related services in Northampton, Lehigh, and Monroe counties in Pennsylvania. Service availability may vary by location and job type.

Quotes and estimates

• Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, by text, or based on photos are estimates only and are not final pricing.
• Final pricing is confirmed after we assess the job in person or with complete information about the items, volume, access, and conditions involved.
• If the actual job differs from what was described (more items, restricted access, hazardous conditions, heavier materials), the price may change. We'll always confirm any change with you before completing the work.

Scheduling and cancellations

• Scheduled times are confirmed by call or text. We'll do our best to arrive within the agreed window and will communicate if anything changes.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

Items we handle

• You are responsible for making sure the items you ask us to remove belong to you or that you have the right to dispose of them.
• We may decline to remove certain materials, including hazardous waste, chemicals, or other items we are not equipped to handle safely or legally. If we can't take something, we'll tell you.
• Once items are removed, they are disposed of, recycled, or donated at our discretion, and cannot be returned.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the job, including any photos submitted through the quote form.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Remove or clearly identify any items you want to keep before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless we've agreed otherwise in advance. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.

Website use

• The Site and its content (text, photos, logo, design) belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, including submitting false quote requests or attempting to interfere with its operation.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." While we work to keep information accurate and the Site available, we don't guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Photos on the Site show examples of past work; results vary by job.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pennsylvania.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
